Purchasing

1.       Art classes are purchased by contacting the host venue.  To register for classes at Forstall Art Center, call  205-870-0480 .  To register for classes at Piddlin Art & Antiques, email info@piddlin.studio

2.      Original artwork may be purchased by contacting the artist at benoitpj@gmail.com    If you purchase goods from the Site, the terms of service apply to the sales. 

3.      Artwork listed may be withdrawn from sale at any point by the artist for reasons such as, but not limited to, sale elsewhere or withheld for exhibition display.

Shipping

1.      Shipping arrangements are made with the artist.  Local pickup is possible.

2.       Original paintings will be packed and shipped within 5 working days. Pieces are sent by UPS.  Most deliveries arrive within 7 days from time of shipping.  Please allow 7 working days in total. 

3.      Shipping costs vary by weight and location.  Shipping costs include third party charges,  packing supplies, labor, and transit fees.  The artist will convey the shipping costs to the buyer. 

4.      Shipping is limited to the Continental United States.

Returns

1.       All artwork is carefully packed and wrapped. If a painting is damaged in transit, contact us via email within 7 days and send a photograph of the damage.  You are responsible for carefully packing and arranging return delivery using the same service as it was sent to you.  Once the piece has been received, a refund will be issued within 2 weeks. 

2.      If a painting is not as you expected, you have one week to contact us by email and request a refund. Once a return has been agreed, you are responsible for packing and arranging return delivery using the same service as it was sent to you. When the piece has been safely returned in its original condition, a refund will be issued within 2 weeks.

3.      We have made every effort to show the art as accurately as possible regarding, texture, and color. The image you see may be different due to slight variation between browsers, devices and screen settings. Any variation between the image represented and the actual artwork is not deemed a fault and such inconsistencies will not be a valid reason for return.

4.       Shipping costs on returns will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
